Cantabrian blue fin tuna steaks in olive oil
The Cantabrian blue fin tuna is less known than red or white tuna. This tuna is also hand fished in the gulf of Biscay. Spectacular in both warm and cold dishes, this fish has its fresh marine flavor, smooth texture and a shade darker, than Bonito del Notre or light tuna.
