The cockles from Casa Levante are hand picked, cleaned in the sea water and freshly cooked after just a few hours. They are hand calibrated according to size and placed into the cans by hand. Right before opening we recommend placing a can into your refrigerator for about a half an hour and then enjoy them straight from the can. They are perfectly combined with good vermouth or sherry.
